rituximab 2nd infusion Options

Dear All

Just started on Rituximab 2 weeks ago and I am due to go for the 2nd infusion on Tuesday, however I have just started with itchy skin and I am worried that I may get turned down for the 2nd infusion, has anyone else experienced this side effect. I was on Humira and that was stopped due to same side effect. I look forward to some replies

Hi Val

When I was infliximab, it didn t work so on Cimzia now, I had terrible itching which turns into spots and not very pleasant. I saw my GP and had some ointment, which helped a great deal. It appears, obviously bit of a common side effect with these biological drugs. Hope you able to have your next infusion.
